Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Standard orders must be placed by 11:59 PM PT to start processing on the next day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day and orders will arrive within 5 - 10 business days from when the order is processed. Expedited orders must be placed by 12:00 PM PT to start processing the same day and will arrive based on the transit time of the selected service. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

International Shipping
Naparanewline.com offers a flat rate international shipping cost of $45. Orders to U.S. territories including American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands are considered international and will be charged the international flat rate for shipping. International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. When ordering from Naparanewline.com, the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Napara does not collect duties and taxes, and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.
Orders must be placed by 14:00 (2:00PM) GMT to start processing on the same day. If an order is placed after the deadline, it will be processed the next business day. All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
Multiple Shipping Addresses

Business Days & Holidays
All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. For Standard Shipping: orders must be placed by 11:59pm Pacific Time (PT) to be processed on the same business day otherwise it will be processed the next day.
Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on the following holidays:

Tracking Orders
Once your order ships (within 1-3 business days of placing your order), a tracking number will be provided to you via FEDEX. If you have not received tracking information, please contact customer service by phone or email within 48 hours of when the order is placed.
